JOB FUNCTION:
Responsible for operating various heavy equipment and ensuring machine maintenance as needed. Duties include adjusting operating speed, controlling machine load, and monitoring product quality and quantity in alignment with company standards. Machine operators may also need to provide feedback for system upgrades and oversee their implementation. Additional responsibilities include daily reporting of production outputs and evaluating new machinery for efficiency, with findings delivered to senior managers.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work extended hours
- Proficient understanding of machinery and tools operation
- Capable of troubleshooting minor issues and conducting equipment maintenance
- Detail-oriented with good written communication and supervisory skills
- Flexible with shifts or schedule changes
Educational Qualifications Required for Machine Operators:
· High School or equivalent.
Salaries Offered to Machine Operators:
$14.40 (2nd Shift). (From 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm)
$14.00 (1st Shift). (From 7:00 am to 3:30 pm)
