JOB FUNCTION: 

As a Quality Operator or Quality Inspector will be mainly tasked with inspecting, testing and sample materials, parts, or products for defects and any deviations from specifications. Other duties include observing production operations and equipment to ensure that specifications are being met by company standards and discussing results and findings with Supervisors and Line leads.

JOB FUNCTION: This position is responsible to inspect and trouble shoot printed circuit board and assist the manufacturing Department as needed. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshoot and repair failures; diagnose root cause and recommend corrective action.
• Learn and perform soldering repairs for the printed circuit boards
• Monitor and maintain testing station performance.
•  Responsible for the procurement, maintenance, troubleshooting, and improvement of test equipment.
• Research component datasheets when necessary to distinguish operational characteristics and functional Inputs/Outputs. 

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Must have hands-on experience in computer hardware repair, troubleshooting, and product installation and configuration.
• Experience reading prints, schematics and other manufacturing documents
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing environment
• 2 years technical degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience is highly desired.

JOB FUNCTION: 

Position is responsible for repairing and installing production/manufacturing equipment. Inspects equipment for proper functioning and performs preventative maintenance duties per manufacturer's specifications. Diagnoses equipment malfunctions and makes repairs or adjustments as needed. The position requires frequent lifting, climbing, standing, walking, crouching, squatting, bending and kneeling.

JOB FUNCTION:

As a Forklift driver, you will need to operate forklift as directed and without supervision while adhering to all rules and regulations mandated by safety policies and procedures. Load and unloading incoming units from trucks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Read job specifications to determine operator adjustments and material requirements
• Positions forks, lifting platform, or other lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes products, or materials or hooks tow trucks to trailer hitch, and transports load to designated area
• Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device
• Inventories materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed

JOB FUNCTION:
Sets up and operates an extrusion press to shape hot billets into various products like bars, tubing, and structural shapes. Maintains a clean and safe work environment and wears all required personal protective safety equipment.

SHIFT:

• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install dies, mandrels, and other tools according to specifications using hand tools
• Remove billets from furnace when heated to a specified temperature, guide billets onto the press bed
• Start the press to shape billets, regulate extrusion rate to prevent ruptures, and maintain product quality
• Operate run-out table and trim flash as needed
• Record production data, such as crew time and items processed

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient with extrusion machinery and hand tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for full shifts and work overtime as required

JOB FUNCTION:

Responsible for operating various heavy equipment and ensuring machine maintenance as needed. Duties include adjusting operating speed, controlling machine load, and monitoring product quality and quantity in alignment with company standards. JOB FUNCTION:
Responsible for operating a forklift to load/unload trucks, supply production areas with materials, and transport finished goods to warehouse storage. Conducts routine inspections of equipment before use and participates in required training sessions. May also perform duties as a crane operator, bulldozer operator, or heavy machinery driver. Maintains inventory accuracy through product counts, weighing, tagging, and data entry for shipments. Uses a handheld barcode scanner to manage inventory and wrap loads for shipment. Keeps equipment and warehouse clean.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• Valid forklift operator license with experience handling various forklift types (e.g., wheel loader, basket lift, pallet jackets)
