Job Description

JOB FUNCTION:

Handle phones, manage messages, greet clients, coordinate courier services, fax/scan/copy documents, maintain filing systems, update databases, and monitor office supplies. Provide organizational support in a fast-paced warehouse office setting.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel) and internet proficiency.
  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

KEY COMPETENCIES: Organization, communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, teamwork, flexibility, and reliability.

JOB TYPE: Full-time (7:30 AM to 4:30 PM)
SALARY: $14.00 per hour
