JOB FUNCTION:


This role includes answering and directing calls, taking messages, greeting visitors and clients, and coordinating courier services. Responsibilities also involve handling various clerical tasks, such as faxing, scanning, document copying, and maintaining office filing/storage systems. Additional duties include updating databases, retrieving requested information, managing office supplies, and supporting staff with document typing, reports, and correspondence.


QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Strong organization and planning abilities
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Flexible and reliable with strong teamwork skills
• Competency with MS Office, MS Excel, internet, and data collection tools
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
Spanish-speaking is a plus


EDUCATION:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior office experience is beneficial but not required

*Spanish speaking is a plus

Job Type: Full-time (7:00 am to 3:30 pm). (Temp. to Perm).

Salary:  $14.50 /hour
