Job Description
JOB FUNCTION:
Answer and direct calls, handle messages, greet clients, coordinate courier services, maintain filing systems, update databases, and manage office supply levels. Ensure efficient organization within the warehouse shipping office.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous office experience preferred but entry-level acceptable.
Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based tasks.
KEY COMPETENCIES: Organization, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, flexibility, and reliability. Spanish language skills are beneficial.
JOB TYPE: Full-time (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM), Temp to Perm
SALARY: $14.00 per hour
